We use Shopify Inc.’s e-commerce platform so that you can create an account and login to our Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your user name and password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account, including, without limitation, communications transmitted and transactions entered into on the Site, and all such activities shall be binding on you. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. You may be held liable for losses incurred by us due to someone else using your Site user name, password or account.

The Site is for your use only as a retailer of our products. The Site is the property of and owned by Helix Innovations LLC, or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of the United States and other countries.
